About Christine

Christine Lint is president of The Anchor & The Compass—the umbrella organization for her writing, mentoring, and speaking ministry.  She was on staff at Focus on the Family for sixteen years, where she was an Assistant to the President (Dr. James Dobson) and a Senior Director with oversight of five departments. She left in 2010 to launch The Anchor & The Compass and to accompany her husband on business trips.

In her passion for helping women find hope for tomorrow, Christine reveals a biblical process for finding identity in Christ and healing from emotional pain. She describes herself as a tour guide down a well-worn path. The final destination is a victorious life in Him. In addition to a number of articles on her FB page The Anchor & The Compass, and a published article on the death of twin sons, Christine is writing a book about brokenness she hopes to have published in 2020.

Though a Southern Belle—born and raised in Louisiana, and a little bit Okie due to living there for two years of high school and one year of college, Christine has called Colorado home for the past twenty-four years.  She resides there with her beloved husband, Ron.  Between them, they have four grown children (and another three in Heaven), six grandchildren, and one little great.
